Is the presence of pain necessary to indicate an unhealthy
spine and nervous system?
The Research clearly says NO!
A study from August 2002 showed the following findings
in a group with no current or previous back or neck pain:
Disc Protrusion: present in 87% of subjects
Disc Degeneration: present in 73% of subjects
Disc Annular Tear: present in 63% of subjects
Remember...NONE of these subjects had any neck or back pain.
Pain is the last thing to show up!
Getting routine adjustments is being proactive about your spinal health. Just some food for thought.
